Accounting Full Job Description Job Description:

A top and fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange is looking for a financial account that will be closely engaged in day-to-day business operation and actively assist our primary blockchain accounting.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Financial Accountant is responsible for daily crypto asset management, blockchain accounting, timely/accurate completion of assets collection, allocation, accounts rebalancing, asset reconciliation. This role will also assist accounting work, asset transaction bookkeeping, and monthly close/reporting processes.

Asset Management Responsibilities:

Support maintaining current asset channels and help building on new asset channels and partners Provide daily assets report and analysis to support management decision on capital allocation w Monitoring operation cash flow and manage risk and participate in the development of treasury related dashboards Help to optimize blockchain asset collection strategy Help support on Institutional BU’s request Reconcile assets accounts and support payment review Monitor cash activity of the fund including cash controls, and cash forecasting, cash transfer for investment needs, receipt of subscription proceeds, payment of redemptions and fund’s operating expenses

Accounting Responsibilities:

Support the month-end close process of the corporate entity, including revenue and cost recognition, reconciliation, investment and review of fixed assets, leases, and accruals, etc. Optimize payment and receiving process, establish budget management and cost analysis to improve the operational efficiencies Maintain internal cash reconciliation and support payment review, cash controls, and cash forecasting; Monitor cash activity of the fund including cash controls, and cash forecasting, cash transfer for investment needs, receipt of subscription proceeds, payment of redemptions and fund’s operating expenses Accounting support to foreign subsidiaries

Requirements:

Bachelor or higher degree in accounting, finance, business or related fields. At least one year of Crypto or web3 industry working experience is a must Accounting, or asset management, treasury function working experience is highly preferred
