The Accountant will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, supporting audits, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Job Function:

Managing month-end close activities and preparing journal entries. Coding invoices and processing employee expenses. Updating travel and entertainment transactions in the general ledger. Performing bank reconciliations and managing cash collections. Overseeing agent and sales commission calculations and payments. Reconciling balance sheet accounts and recording payroll entries. Supporting accounts payable functions as needed.

Job Requirements:

2 years of experience in a hands-on, high-volume transactional role. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience with accounting systems preferred; familiarity with NetSuite and Concur is a plus. Excel skills required, including proficiency with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and related functions.
