Salary:

$80,000 – $100,000 per year Abit about us: We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Accountant to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is apermanent role that offers the opportunity to make a significantimpact on our financial operations. As an integral member of ourteam, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing variousaspects of our financial operations, including financial statementpreparation, monthly reporting, and month-end close procedures. Job DetailsResponsibilities:

1. Oversee the preparation and analysis ofmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordancewith GAAP. 2. Perform month-end close procedures, including accountreconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis. 3. Prepareand present monthly financial reports to senior management,providing insights and recommendations based on financial data. 4.Ensure compliance with all internal controls and policies, as wellas external regulations. 5. Collaborate with other departments tostreamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and achievecompany objectives. 6. Utilize SAP software to manage and analyzefinancial data. 7. Provide financial support and guidance to themanufacturing team, particularly in relation to cost management andprofitability analysis. 8. Participate in special projects andad-hoc financial analyses as required.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred. 3.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role,preferably within the manufacturing industry. Experience in thefood manufacturing sector is a plus. 4. Proficient in SAP orsimilar ERP systems. 5. In-depth knowledge of GAAP and otherrelevant financial regulations and standards. 6. Strong analyticalskills and attention to detail. 7. Excellent communication andpresentation skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as partof a team. 9. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meettight deadlines. 10. Strong problem-solving skills and the abilityto make sound decisions based on financial data. Interested inhearing more?
