Salary:

JobDetails Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze monthly,quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuratereflection of the company’s financial position. 2. Oversee theaccounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurateinvoicing and collection. 3. Manage the general ledger, ensuringall transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. 4. Trackand manage fixed assets, including depreciation schedules. 5.Utilize QuickBooks and NetSuite for financial management andreporting. 6. Prepare income statements and balance sheets,providing detailed analysis and interpretation of results. 7.Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and financialforecasts. 8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations,laws, and reporting requirements. 9. Identify and implement processimprovements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 10. Providefinancial guidance and support to management, makingrecommendations for improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounting role (preferablyin the construction industry. Not required) 3. Proficient inQuickBooks and NetSuite. 4. In-depth knowledge of accountingprinciples and procedures, including preparation of financialreports, budgets, and financial forecasts. 5. Experience withaccounts receivable, general ledger management, and fixed assettracking. 6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability tointerpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Strongcommunication skills, both written and verbal. 9. Ability to workeffectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple taskssimultaneously. Interested in hearing more?
