Saint Francis University invites applications for a full-time Staff Accountant I in the department of the Business Office. The Staff Accountant I is responsible to the Controller to perform all related accounts payable duties. Responsible for approvals, inputs, and payment of invoices and reimbursements. Works closely with the Purchasing department and Staff Accountant to assure compliance with the University’s purchasing credit card policy. Responsible for data entry of all general ledger journal entries on a daily basis. Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred. One year of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred.
