Staff Accountant (Hybrid) Position Available In Montgomery, Pennsylvania

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join their Accounting team. This role will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Prepare financial reports and internal schedules for management and auditors Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance-related activities Help implement and maintain internal controls and process improvements Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned

Qualifications:
