Overseeing all general ledgertransactions and ensuring their accuracy and compliance withfinancial regulations and company policies. 2. Preparing andanalyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 3.Conducting detailed financial analysis to identify trends,variances, and potential areas for improvement. 4. Assisting in thepreparation of budgets and forecasts, as well as monitoring actualresults against these projections. 5. Performing accountreconciliations to ensure the accuracy of all financial data. 6.Collaborating with other departments to streamline financialprocesses, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overallfinancial strategy of the company. 7. Staying updated on industrytrends and changes in financial regulations to ensure the company’scompliance. 8. Participating in the development and implementationof financial systems and processes to support the company’s growth.9. Providing support during audits and liaising with externalauditors as required. Qualifications To qualify for this position,the candidate must possess the following: 1. A bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA designation ishighly desirable. 2. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in asimilar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Profoundknowledge of financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting,forecasting, general ledger, and account reconciliation. 4. Stronganalytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financialdata and provide meaningful insights. 5. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with team members at all levels of the organization. 6.Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft OfficeSuite, particularly Excel. 7. High level of integrity andprofessionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive informationconfidentially. 8.
