AP Manager Position Available In [Unknown county], Georgia

Looking to take the lead in building something from the ground up? Vaco Atlanta is hiring an AP Manager to lead a growing AP function and drive process optimization in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping automation, setting KPIs, and standardizing operations.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a team managing invoice processing, payments, and reporting. Champion process improvements and automation initiatives. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

5+ years leading AP and Corporate Card functions. Strong background in ERP systems, SAP preferred. Proven success with process improvement and stakeholder communication. Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
