Accounts Receivable Clerk Staffmark Group $20.00-$23.00 United States, Alabama, Dothan Jun 23, 2025 Are you detail-oriented and passionate about working with numbers? Staffmark is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a well-established tire specialty company in Dothan, AL. This is a direct hire opportunity with no temp period-join the client’s payroll from day one! Pay:
$20.00 – $23.00/hr (based on experience)
Shift:
1st Shift | Monday –
Friday What You’ll Do:
Review and verify invoices for proper documentation before processing
Maintain and reconcile AR records, ensuring timely application of payments
Handle credits, collections, and uncollectible accounts
Manage daily cash responsibilities including deposits and logs
Work cross-functionally to resolve billing issues
What You Bring:
2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and within a team
