Infusion Pharmacist-in-Charge | Little Rock, AR (Relocation Bonus) Position Available In Benton, Arkansas

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a well-established infusion pharmacy team in Little Rock, AR. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, relocation assistance, and the chance to make a meaningful impact through strong leadership.

Staff includes 3.5 pharmacists (plus the PIC) and 11 pharmacy technicians Pharmacy software system: CPR+ Supportive leadership structure and collaborative environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

At least 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience At least 2 years of management or leadership experience Prior experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (Infusion PIC) strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead and inspire pharmacy teams

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing daily operations and ensuring regulatory compliance Provide clinical guidance and leadership to pharmacists and technicians Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration Ensure accurate preparation and dispensing of infusion medications Oversee quality assurance, inventory, workflow, and patient safety initiatives Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure optimal outcomes

Licensure:

Active Arkansas Pharmacist License preferred (The client is willing to assist a qualified candidate with obtaining AR licensure quickly)
