PM Summary:

The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for processing and reconciling invoices and payments to vendors in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.

Responsibilities :

Process high volumes of vendor invoices into the Accounting software. Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper approval prior to payment. Investigate and resolve discrepancies by communicating with other departments and/or vendors. Assist with month-end and year-end closing related to Accounts Payable.  Respond to all clinic and vendor communication in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum two years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a healthcare environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting systems. 10 key by touch.
