Join the Saline Courier, the local news source for Saline County, as a Regional Bookkeeper and help us keep our financial operations running smoothly across multiple markets.
Some Of What You Will Do:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for assigned properties Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Process bi-weekly payroll for employees Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations Collaborate with employees at the assigned properties.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting Solid knowledge of accounting principles and QuickBooks or similar software Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills
Requirements:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience, including payroll processing Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Able to manage sensitive employee data with confidentiality and professionalism This position includes competitive compensation along with other benefits including 401(k) Health/Vision/Dental insurance, paid vacation/personal and sick time.
