Location:
Alpharetta, GA – Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Support accounting operations for mortgage lender. Data entry of financial transactions to various financial software systems. Timely processing of customer payments, accounts payable and credit card receipt payment processing. Provide support to include copying, scanning, and filing of documents, Cross check for accuracy various financial transactions and data entry. Assist with maintaining company protocol and compliance according to GAAP principles; Ensure work area is clean, secure, and well maintained; Protect organization’s value by maintaining all financial information confidential; Contribute to team effort by completing other duties and tasks as assigned. Will Train Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to Accounting Department. Assisting with special project working heavily within Microsoft Excel Data Entry Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
