Job Description
Bookkeeper MC7 120 Innwood Drive, Covington, LA 70433 The successful candidate should have previous Accounts Payable and QuickBooks experience, Excel Skills, and must be able to handle a high volume, fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to complete tasks in an efficient and effective manner and possess communication skills regarding status of assignments/duties. Candidates must maintain a high regard for confidentiality, integrity and loyalty. Job Requirements include but are not limited to: Ability to work in high volume, fast paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and network settings Highly professional demeanor and ability to conduct activities with highest degree of confidentiality, integrity and loyalty Proactive mentality and detail-oriented Strong time management skills and written/verbal communication skills Superb organizational skills, flexibility and ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accounts Payable Account Reconciliation Purchasing & Requisition Document Management Research & Data Analysis This position requires candidates available to work: Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm. Candidates must also be available to work occasional evenings and occasional weekends for completion of small projects or client deadlines.
