AR/Payroll Specialist Roessel Joy Canton, MA 02021 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized AR/Payroll Specialist to join our accounting team. This role is crucial in managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely collections, biweekly payroll processing on 3 different pay dates, and benefits review. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and familiarity with various accounting software systems. Duties Processing biweekly payroll processing on 3 different pay dates Benefits review. Managing incoming payments Maintaining accurate financial records Ensuring timely collections Process and record incoming payments accurately and promptly. Manage customer accounts, including invoicing and follow-up on outstanding balances. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records. Assist in benefits administration and payroll processes as needed. Conduct technical accounting tasks related to tax compliance and reporting. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Requirements
