AR Specialist Position Available In Norfolk, Massachusetts

Vaco Boston has partnered with our client and we are currently seeking ?an Accounts Receivable Specialist!

Essential Job Duties:

Monthly financial statement close completed in accordance with closing schedule Account analysis and reconciliation on all balance sheets accounts Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Post journal entries, generate accruals, reconcile bank statements Analyze financial statements for discrepancies Reconcile inter-company balances

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting SEC reporting Minimum 3 years related work experience Advanced knowledge of excel Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion May perform other duties as assigned Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
