Payment Processing Specialist Job Duties:
Process incoming checks for deposit across multiple bank accounts Cross-reference claim numbers and match checks to the appropriate accounts Accurately enter payment information into internal systems Utilize online banking portals to complete and confirm deposits Perform batch matching and ensure all transactions are reconciled correctly
Payment Processing Specialist Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in payment processing or related financial operations Proficiency with Excel for tracking and data entry Experience using banking portals for check deposits Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently #
