Job Profile Summary Under the general supervision of the Director of Perioperative Services and in direct collaboration with supervising physicians, performs duties to assist supervising physicians with a wide range of services. As a licensed independent practitioner, the nurse practitioner participates as a team leader and member in the provision of health and medical care, interaction with professional colleagues to provide comprehensive care.
Job Description:
Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care is currently searching for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join their Virtual Care program as a Primary Care Provider (PCP). At BILH Primary Care, we believe that telemedicine is an important component of our care model to address the needs of our patients. The provider will provide telemedicine care across multiple practices/regions. The provider will perform all visit types that are appropriate for telemedicine including urgent care, behavioral health, chronic disease management, AWVs, annual exams, and TCMs (video only).
Details:
Full time – 40 hours/week; 32 clinical, and 8 administrative. Will manage your own panel of patients See between 14-15 patients per day Deliver 50% or more of their clinical hours on “off” hours including evenings and weekends Telemedicine experience as an NP or PA preferred Work/life balance through practice transformation and focus on quality that has propelled Lahey to be the top echelon for quality metrics in the state.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Master’s in Nursing program or a Physician Assistant program Certification and current NP or PA license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
