Responsibilities of AP Specialist:
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendorsAnalyzing workflow processes Establishing and maintainingrelationships with new and existing vendors Processing due invoicesfor payments Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of paymentand other charges Processing transactions and performing accountingduties such as account maintenance, recording entries andreconciling books of accounts Preferred Skill sets: Sage 300experience is a huge plus Basic knowledge of excel functions Canwork independently Willingness to learn
