$20 to $22 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM We have an immediate opening for an Entry-Level AP/AR Specialist in Piscataway, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with hands-on experience in accounts payable, receivable, payroll, or scheduling. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with full-cycle accounts payable and receivable
• Support payroll processing and maintain accurate financial records
• Help with scheduling employees across departments
• Manage office supply purchasing and vendor communication
• Submit and follow up on basic IT support requests
• Provide occasional customer service backup

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• One to two years of experience in AP, AR, payroll, or bookkeeping (internships count)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with office systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Gujarati-speaking is a plus but not required
