Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects ofour accounts receivable function, including invoicing, collections,and reporting activities. Prepare and issue invoices, ensuringaccuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Perform account reconciliation tasks, identifying and resolving anydiscrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files,including billing details and payment records. Collaborate with thesales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues andinquiries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financialstatements related to accounts receivable. Review and maintain thegeneral ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness. UtilizeMicrosoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data. Assist withthe development and implementation of accounts receivable policiesand procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Participatein financial audits related to accounts receivable and providenecessary information to external auditors.

Qualifications:

Aminimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role,preferably within the finance industry. Proficiency in MicrosoftExcel and experience with other financial software. Strongunderstanding of accounts receivable processes and principles,including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation. Solidknowledge of bookkeeping and general ledger principles. Experiencepreparing financial statements and reports. Excellent numericalskills and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills andthe ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in afast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
