CLIENT OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading company in the food services industry, known for delivering exceptional service and quality, with a collaborative team culture and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. They are looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE
$25/hr – $27/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a temporary role covering a leave of absence, expected to last 3 – 4 months. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in managing collections, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the timely application of cash receipts. The ideal start date is July 7.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
Manage and process collections and cash receipts.
Handle customer issues and respond to inquiries.
Maintain accurate AR records and support the AR team as needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
1 – 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience handling collections and cash applications.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
Prior experience in the food services industry.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
None required.
