Join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk ! In this crucial role, you will provide support to the accounting department, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations. What you’ll do: Accurately prepare and process invoices in Sage Intacct across multiple locations in a timely manner. Enter and apply accounts payable credits as needed. Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate payments. Review and reconcile vendor statements to identify and resolve discrepancies Process weekly vendor payments and ad hoc payments as required Maintain up-to-date vendor files, including W-9s and Certificates of Insurance (COIs), for tax and audit compliance. Partner with internal departments to validate purchases and resolve discrepancies. Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and improve accounts payable processes Provide support to fellow accounting team members as needed Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management What you’ll need: High school diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Salesforce is a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Dependable transportation Willingness to work on-site, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule after training What you’ll get: USS Foundation Solutions offers talented team members exceptional opportunities to learn and grow professionally with rewarding careers.
