Our client is a leading luxury car dealership representing some of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands. They are seeking a detail-oriented and driven accounts payable clerk to join their dynamic finance team.
Job Summary
As an Accounts Payable clerk, you will s play a key role in supporting the dealership’s daily accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to your accounting knowledge in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment with exposure to luxury automotive sales, service, and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and sales reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Reconcile bank statements and dealership accounts, promptly addressing discrepancies.
• Maintainanized and up-to-date financial records inpliance withpany policies and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports for management, such as sales performance, cash flow analysis, and expense summaries.
• Provide support during audits, tax preparation, and otherpliance-related activities.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to facilitate seamless financial operations across departments.
• Rmend and assist with process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency.
  Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (or dealership systems like DealerTrack) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellentmunication andanizational skills.
• High level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
