More about our team The Supply Chain team at the Health Support Center supports purchasing operations across the enterprise. We work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. How you’ll contribute A Senior Specialist, Purchasing who excels in this role: Creates purchase orders from requisitions for assigned suppliers and categories Monitors order transmissions and confirmations for accuracy and timeliness Collaborates with suppliers to resolve backorders and order issues Processes order amendments and maintains documentation Responds to order-related inquiries from sites and suppliers Ensures compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA) Supports procurement operations with minimal supervision and proactive issue resolution Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Additional requirements include:
