As a Financial Planning Analyst , you will be responsible for delivering actionable financial insights through analysis, modeling, and reporting. This critical role helps drive cost efficiency, margin improvement, and overall financial performance across our manufacturing operations.

How will you contribute:

Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and key operational metrics; identify trends and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to provide financial insights that drive decisions. Prepare monthly performance dashboards, variance analyses, and KPI reports. Assist in month-end close, including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations. Support capital expenditure planning and investment analysis (ROI, payback periods). Enhance FP&A processes and systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools). Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and financial transparency. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required). MBA (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance—ideally in manufacturing. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Business Central), Power BI, Excel; experience with planning tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan (preferred). Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Collaborative, self-starting, and continuously improvement oriented.
