About this Position Senior Assistant to provide administrative support to SVPs and their teams. Responsibilities include expense report management, booking travel, calendar management, coordination of meetings, create requisitions and processing of Purchase orders and other payment requests. Run reports and track the variances monthly/ quarterly for each cost centers’ budget. Assist in coordinating the annual budgeting process. Compile and distribute various monthly reports and assist with various ad hoc reporting requests. Research topics relating to Strategic Markets and other topics, including compiling Industry statistics and Trends, as it related to Life Insurance, Finances and Primerica products. This is an onsite position with hybrid potential. The estimated salary range for this role is: $50K – $60K Responsibilities & Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBIITIES

Provide admirative support to SVPs and their departments Provide administrative support to SVPs and their teams. Manage expense reports, book travel, manage calendar, coordinate meetings, create requisitions and process purchase orders and other payment requests. Reporting Compile data for various monthly reports for Canada and North America and ensure timely distribution to appropriate recipients. Follow-up and coordinate the generation and distribution of weekly, monthly and annual reports. Compile various ad hoc reporting requests as needed. Create Powerpoint presentations, graphs and other spreadsheets as requested. Budget & Expense Reporting Run reports and track the variances monthly/ quarterly for each cost centers’ budget. Assist in coordinating the annual budgeting process Research Research topics and glean industry and market statistics as it relates to our products offered and markets served.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access, very organized, able to work with limited supervision, Solid communication skills – both written and oral, professional demeanor 2 to 3 years of Business and Administrative experience Associate degree or some college FLSA status: This position is exempt (not eligible for overtime pay):
