Role:
Supervises Insurance Claims Specialists and Insurance Verification Clerks. Oversees daily operations within the Insurance Services department. Supports clinics with insurance claim corrections and billing issues. Ensures efficiency and accuracy in claims processing and verification workflows. Acts as a key liaison between clinics and insurance functions.

Ensures compliance with up-to-date insurance policies and coding requirements. Enhances interdepartmental collaboration to improve patient and provider experience. Great Match:
Strong leadership skills and experience managing insurance or billing teams. In-depth knowledge of insurance products, CPT, ICD9, and HCPCS coding. Proficient in medical terminology and claims systems like Ingenix Claims Manager. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot billing issues and assist with appeals and denials. High school diploma with relevant experience in insurance operations.
