Position:

Property Claims Adjuster Upper Restoration is a Property Restoration company serving Long Island, 5 boroughs of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. We specialize in the Water / Flood Damage, Fire Damage and Mold Remediation for Commercial and Residential Properties. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction field.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspecting and investigating complex residential & commercial large losses. Providing homeowners with detailed damage estimates and personal property inventories. Utilizing xactimate software. Negotiating and settling claims in a timely manner.

Work Experience & Skills:

Ability to work in a multi-faceted environment with a strong sense of responsibility. Be able to work in a fast paced office environment. Must be able to work independently. Highly self-motivated. Ability to Multitask and prioritize. Strong organizational skills. Detail-oriented.

REQUIRED

Must have experience with a major insurance carrier or restoration company. Minimum 5 years experience as an estimator/project manager/claims adjuster. Proficient utilizing the xactimate software.

Other:

Bilingual is a plus.
