What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of associates todeliver exceptional service that delights our customers and buildstheir trust. Leverage your property and casualty insuranceexpertise to guide team members in resolving complex customerinquiries and claims. Personalize your leadership approach todevelop team members’ skills, fostering their growth and ensuringthey consistently exceed customer expectations. Monitor andevaluate team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and retention. Holdyour team accountable for achieving results, maintaining compliancewith insurance regulations, and delivering outstanding service.

Address escalated customer concerns with professionalism andempathy, modeling GEICO’s dedication to service excellence.

Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identifyand implement process improvements that enhance the customerexperience. Serve as a resource for team members oninsurance-related questions, providing mentorship and training tobuild their industry knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of1 year of supervisory experience in the property and casualtyinsurance industry in any of the related fields such as Sales , Service , and Claims. Placement with the Sales, Service, or Claimsteam will be determined based on the candidate’s background andexpertise . Active Property & Casualty Insurance License orPersonal Insurance License (preferred). Proven ability to motivate,inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a customer-centricenvironment. Strong results orientation, with a history of meetingor exceeding performance goals. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to adapt leadership stylesto diverse individuals and situations. Expertise in property andcasualty insurance, including familiarity with industry regulationsand best practices. Ability to analyze data and metrics to informdecision-making and improve customer outcomes. Collaborativemindset with a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity andexcellence.
