About Us:

We’re a fast-growing, restoration company specializing in emergency response and property damage restoration with a new location covering Philadelphia and surrounding areas. We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage—and we’re looking for motivated Inspectors to be the face of that recovery.

What You’ll Do:

Sell our restoration services to residential/commercial clients & property management companies. (Water damage restoration, Mold Remedation, Smoke and Fire damage recovery) Conduct on-site inspections of damaged properties Generate detailed reports and assist with project scoping Educate clients on the restoration process and insurance procedures Build relationships with property owners, managers, adjusters, and agents Close contracts and coordinate with our operations team Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and

KPIs What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in sales, but sales in restoration, roofing, construction, or insurance is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Self-motivated and able to work independently Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation Willing to drive 50 or more miles daily
