Global Trade Compliance Manager 3PL Vision LLC Clark, NJ Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trading Compliance Manager to oversee our trading operations and ensure the effective execution of trading strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and asset management. Responsibilities Develop and implement trading strategies that align with the company’s financial goals. Analyze market trends and economic data to inform trading decisions. Utilize Bloomberg and other financial tools to monitor market conditions and assess risks. Manage risk by identifying potential issues and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Collaborate with the asset management team to optimize portfolio performance. Conduct thorough financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial concepts and regulations impacting trading activities. Negotiate trades and contracts with brokers and counterparties to secure favorable terms. Prepare reports on trading performance, market analysis, and risk assessments for senior management. Experience Proven experience in trading or a related financial services role is required. Strong mathematical skills with a focus on quantitative analysis. Demonstrated expertise in risk management practices within trading environments. Familiarity with Bloomberg terminals and other financial analysis tools is preferred. A solid understanding of financial concepts, including investing strategies and asset management principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Strong decision-making abilities under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
