The Compliance Officer will manage and improve the shipboard injuryprevention programs, OPP and USPH compliance. The ComplianceOfficer will also, establish a safe shipboard environment, whileproviding active monitoring and analysis for injury and outbreakrelated incidents on board the vessels.

Career snapshot:

• Develops and conducts shipboard training programs and leads crossdepartmental groups to perform root cause analysis
• Manages the injury investigation process by formulating andexecuting action plans from investigations including, ?lessonslearned? training
• Leads operational safety meetings and provides expertise andguidance to ensure company policies and procedures, maintain highstandards for injury prevention
• Manages sick and PVI lists with the medical facility, guestservices and housekeeping to ensure isolation times are compiledand are in compliance with the USPH/Public Health documentation andreports
• Works with the shipboard leadership in implementing the requiredprocedures and execution in the event of an outbreak in accordancewith the company?
