Job Description
Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a national retail company, is seeking a Compliance Enablement Analyst for a 6-month contract coverage. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience providing training and support to a global compliance team along with holding certifications such as CAMS, CFE, and/or CCEP-I. The candidate hired must be able to commute to their office on a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Execute the compliance training schedule including new hire training, targeted training, and annual company-wide re-training Maintain a centralized repository of training materials and records within both our Learning Management System and the Google Suite Create accurate and timely reporting of key compliance training program metrics on a periodic basis, including training KPIs Partner with first line teams on coordinating training including content and scheduling Assist with broader Legal enablement needs and Compliance team projects, as requested Requirements 3+ years of related experience Compliance related certifications (e.g.
CAMS, CFE, CCEP-I
) a plus Experience building and integrating compliance training programs Experience with compliance training tooling and automation, and familiarity with training best practices Proficient at leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to report on key aspects of training programs and provide a full narrative Experience building bespoke, dynamic training content in Articulate or a similar content development platform Google Suite proficiency (particularly sheets and slides) Interested candidates can email a Word version of their resume for consideration.
