Job Summary:

The Associate is tasked with the critical role of maintaining the Enhanced Surveillance program and maintaining Real Insight data. This position is essential for delivering accurate and updated reporting to internal and external partners based on our contractual obligations under each individual servicing agreement.

Responsibilities:

Support the performance of Enhanced Surveillance Analysis and portfolio management w Trimont is appointed as Special Servicer.
Review monthly CREFC (Commercial Real Estate Finance Council) trustee reporting that is uploaded to Real Insight (RI). Monthly trustee reporting consists of the following files: Periodic, Property, Financial, Bond, and Supplemental.
Track deal flow and maintain integrity of RI database of “active” and “watchlist” assets
Ensure that assets are properly recorded and reported on the servicing system
Process new deals for initial setup in database andplex spreadsheets
Associate will review the reports for accuracy and utilize the reports to identify potential issues on individual loans that require Special Servicer to collaborate with the Asset Manager assigned on the Master Servicing Team to enhance the value of reporting to both internal and external parties.
Conduct thorough assessments of loans and properties through financial analysis and review of operating budgets and statements.
Analyze rent rolls to predict lease rollovers and evaluate Asset Status s.
Assess historicalpliance at the loan level and interpret third-party reports.
Analyze data from Master Servicer Sites and Q+A (Quality and Assurance) Logs.
Review and assessmercial loan Trigger Events to understand their impact and resolution status.
Perform market research and due diligence on underlying collateral.
Enhance the Special Servicer’s capability to identify assets needing extra attention.
Enableprehensive Deal Reviews, Watchlist updates, Consents, and Ad-Hoc ing.
Improve the quality of Watchlistments for greater clarity and insight.
Conduct risk rating assessments to proactively identify potential issues for informed action planning.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Commercial Banking Portfolio Management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpretplex loan documents and identify critical triggers.
Effectivemunication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding ofmercial banking processes and regulatorypliance.
