The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective tenants. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of facilities management, and proficiency in property management software such as Yardi and CMMS. Responsibilities Assist in the leasing process by conducting property tours, answering inquiries, and providing information about available units. Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants to secure agreements that meet company standards. Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and other legal documentation. Manage tenant relationships by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive living experience. Collaborate with the property maintenance team to coordinate repairs and upkeep of the facilities. Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions and follow up with potential tenants. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements. Support marketing efforts by promoting available units through various channels. Requirements Proven experience in leasing or real estate administration is preferred. Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectively. Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to leasing agreements. Proficient in office software applications; experience with Yardi or CMMS is a plus. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with tenants.
