Responsibilities:
Ensure business rules are followed for processing credit rebills for consignment customers Accountable for the accurate and timely processing of credit rebills Collaborate with Pricing Research and Chargebacks teams to resolve issues efficiently Deliver a positive experience to all customers Independently complete credit rebills tasks within established
SOPs Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills Strong process orientation and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures Quick learner with experience working in databases or data systems Highly organized and detail-oriented #
