We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Management Specialist to join our team at a community-focused bank. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of banking experience and will be responsible for the implementation and support of Treasury Management products and services. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the client experience through efficient onboarding and support of cash management tools, including ACH origination, Wire Transfer services, and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new and existing clients to Treasury Management services. Set up and maintain Treasury Management products such as ACH origination, Wire Transfer, and RDC systems. Provide training and ongoing support to clients using Treasury Management platforms. Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Operations staff to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction. Monitor product usage and proactively address client issues or concerns. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Assist with troubleshooting technical or operational issues with Treasury Management systems. Identify opportunities to improve Treasury Management processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, preferably with exposure to Treasury Management or Operations. Strong knowledge of ACH, Wire Transfer, and Remote Deposit services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with banking systems and Treasury Management platforms is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Prior experience with community or regional banks. Familiarity with banking compliance and risk management related to Treasury services.
