In this role, you will perform numerous functions related to improving the financial performance of our homebuilding operations.
Additional duties will include:
Responsibility for producing operational financial reports utilized by all divisions Assist divisions with review of detailed expenses Monitor and maintain system estimates to ensure accuracy of relied upon reports. Prepare margin analysis and pricing proformasProduce ad hoc reports as needed Ideal candidates will have a college degree in Accounting or Finance and thorough knowledge of financial operations. Strong excel knowledge is required. H omebuilding experience is preferred but other related industries may be considered.
