Senior FinancialAnalyst’s Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimizefinancial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planningPerform variance analysis, identify key financial drivers, andpresent trends to senior leadership Support strategic initiativeswith scenario modeling, data-driven recommendations, and riskassessments Collaborate cross-functionally with teams includingAccounting, Operations, and Revenue Cycle Prepare and analyzefinancial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders Monitorbudget-to-actual performance and recommend cost controls andoperational improvements Assess organizational financial health andbenchmark against industry standards Stay current on economic,industry, and regulatory trends that impact financial performanceSenior Financial Analyst’s Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, or a related field required Minimum of 4years’ experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), withstrong financial modeling capabilities Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel required; experience with BI tools and datavisualization preferred Prior experience in healthcare ormulti-site healthcare environments required
