ABOUT YOU

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you are a sharp, detail-oriented professional who thrives on using data and financial insight to drive better oues. You bring strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve performance and identify efficiencies. Youmunicate clearly across all levels, translatingplex financial information into practical guidance, and you collaborate with confidence and credibility. Organized, adaptable, andmitted to accuracy, you keep a close eye on both the details and the bigger picture, ensuring sound financial decisions that support operational success.
What you will do:
Provide Develop and monitor the Aviation Department’s annual budget, analyzing performance, identifying variances, and rmending solutions to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Prepare detailed financial reports and cost-benefit analyses to support data-driven decision-making across Logan, Han, and Worcester airports.
Collaborate closely with airport and accounting leadership to ensure transparency, accuracy, and effective financialmunication.
Review financial transactions and reporting forpliance and accuracy; assist with monthly and annual close processes and contribute to external reporting requirements.

WHAT YOU OFFER

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and database management.
Proficiency in cost-benefit analysis, trend and forecast analysis, and related financial methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel (including pivot tables), PowerPoint, databases, and other business applications.
