is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Automotive Aftermarket Business Unit in Fayetteville, NC. This onsite role is responsible for delivering cost analysis, business insights, and profitability reports that influence key decision-making. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strong understanding of accounting principles, who is comfortable working cross-functionally and thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Main Tasks Develop cost models for new products and technical changes Analyze standard vs. actual costs and prepare variance reports Provide key business analysis and strategic recommendations Analyze and reconcile commercial balance sheet accounts (e.g., AR disputes, rebates, returns, fines) Create profitability reports by customer, brand, and segment Maintain customer master data Support sales planning and forecast development Track and analyze SG&A expenses Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions Collaborate with sales, engineering, purchasing, marketing, and operations Your Profile Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required. 1-4 years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment Prior experience working with SAP (preferred) Skills Advanced Excel and working knowledge of Power BI Strong analytical and research skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Willingness to take initiative and drive process improvements Trainable and open to feedback Are you full of ideas?
