Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Operations Specialist on the Cost Basis Team, you will:
Process routine financial transactions and perform daily operational tasks related to cost basis.
Research and resolve branch inquiries and client update requests regarding cost basis in the Global Tax Lots system.
Investigate and correct transactional discrepancies leading to inaccurate cost basis data.
Ensure accurate and efficient updates to tax lot records, adhering to IRS rules and regulations.
Generate reports, manage data entry, and contribute to other financial operations functional areas.
Provide exceptional quality service and operations support to internal business partners and external clients.
Collaborate effectively as an individual contributor within a fast-paced team environment.

What You’ll Bring:

Required Skills:

1+ year of experience in financial operations or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong understanding of rules, regulations, policies, and industry standards, particularly those related to tax reporting.
Desired Skills (Bonus Points If You Have):
Experience working with financial statements and records, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
Proven ability to effectively service and resolve client inquiries.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and writtenmunication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A positive and professional attitude, thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed, especially during Tax Season (January – April).

Pay Details:

$24.00 per week
