?Experience with running reports in Google Sheets ?Systems audit experience ?Ability to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information and to relate and compare data from different sources and identifying relationships ?Attention to detail ?Ability to work in a fast paced environment
MUST HAVE SKILLS
(Most Important): Running Detailed Reports, Rent Reconciliation’s, Reading and Understanding Real Estate Contracts
DESIRED SKILLS
Telecom experience, Manage and Conduct weekly and monthly calls, Administrative experience
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
College degree, will accept at least 2 years experience in Real Estate or Telecommunications.
