Company Overview Our client, a privately owned investment management firm, is seeking a skilled Distribution Systems Solution Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on optimizing Salesforce and Eloqua to enhance client interactions and streamline distribution strategies.

Hybrid – NYC (Tu/Wed/Thurs onsite, M/F remote)

Full-Time Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a Salesforce & Eloqua implementation strategy aligned with business goals.
Work closely with Sales teams to optimize client journeys, lead generation, and data segmentation.
Partner with Marketing teams to create targeted digital campaigns, improve segmentation, and refine interaction strategies.
Manage client data, ensuring Salesforce serves as a central repository for sales and prospecting.
Establish reporting frameworks to monitor performance and optimize distribution strategies.
Support ongoing business initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with evolving objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
5+ years of experience in financial services; 3+ years working with Salesforce & Eloqua.
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced training preferred.
Proficiency in SQL, dashboards, Marketing Cloud, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication, project management In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
