Job Description

As a Financial Data Analyst, you’ll support decision-making by collecting and interpreting financial data, tracking performance trends, and creating reports that shape the organization’s financial outlook.
What You’ll Do:
Work with large financial datasets to identify trends and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting Perform general and administrative (G&A) expense analysis and provide insight into advisor fees and fund-level activity Support the finance team with ad hoc analysis and data workflows Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, transparency, and clarity in financial reporting Help streamline back-office expense tracking and cost allocation Present data and findings in a clear and actionable way
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a data analysis-focused role Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling); bonus if you’ve worked with large/complex datasets Ability to work with moving variables and shifting priorities Clear, confident communication and a team-first mindset
