Salary:

$100,000 – $150,000 per year A bit about us: The SeniorFinancial Analyst role provides an outstanding opportunity to gainexposure to and experience in two key niche equipment businesses atthis organization that are both poised for growth potential. ThisSenior Analyst will fill a broad-based role reporting directly tothe Integrated Equipment Controller, and responsibilities willinclude cost and profitability analysis, acquisition valuation,Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) integration, financial planningand reporting, ad hoc analysis, and strategic decision making. ThisSenior Financial Analyst role involves frequent interaction andcoordination with various business partners & stakeholders acrossfinance and non-finance functions including leading andcontributing to multiple improvement projects.

There are twoopenings:

one in AZ and one in PA-both roles are hybrid. Bothpositions we are considering for long term and growth orientedroles/succession planning. The ideal Senior Financial Analyst hasexpertise in discounted cash flows, understands full P&L,forecasting, expert Excel. MBA is ideal but not required. Why joinus?

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Partner withbusiness leaders to enable topline growth and margin expansionthrough financial analysis and practical counsel Act as a financialadviser to the leadership team to align business decisions whichenable performance to quarterly financial commitments Drive thedetailed development of the annual operating plan and financialforecasts Perform variance analysis interpreting the impact ofresults against monthly, quarterly and yearly plan/forecast Presentmonthly financial results to business leadership Develop new andenhance existing processes used in financial modeling Partner withbusiness leaders on plant expansions and potential M&Aopportunities through financial analysis and modeling Performad-hoc analysis based upon changing business needs Provide trainingaimed at improving financial acumen within the business Hybridschedule available with 3 days onsite at our HQ in Allentown, PA &2 days remote

POSITION REQUIREMENTS MBA

(or equivalent master’sdegree) with a finance or accounting concentration 5-10 years offinancial analysis experience

EXPERIENCE VALUED

Finance/accountingexperience supporting a manufacturing business Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare and presentcomplex data in a simple, understandable manner Independent,self-starter, with a strong work ethic, high degree of motivationand the ability to contribute to a positive team attitude Strongbias for action; results oriented with an ability to meet tightdeadlines Self-starter who is adept to prioritizing work andcoordinating tasks simultaneously Ability to work in fast pacedenvironment and adapt to changing work environment and requirementswith a sense of urgency Process-improvement driven individual whoproactively questions current practices and can identify root causeand corrective actions Teamwork oriented and able to effectivelyinteract cross-functionally with all levels of the organizationAbility to consistently deliver on time and with highest levels ofquality Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAPInterested in hearing more?
