Position Summary:

The Finance Manager will oversee and manage financial operations, providing strategic insights and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and planning. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining the integrity of financial operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies, streamline processes, and improve financial performance. Manage and optimize financial systems, including accounting software (e.g., JD Edwards, Hyperion, Essbase, Excel) for efficient reporting and analysis. Drive continuous improvement in financial planning, reporting, and operational processes. Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to long-term financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on operational finance and recent experience managing a team. Demonstrated track record of success in financial leadership, including budget management, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Proficiency in financial and analytical systems, including JD Edwards, Hyperion, Essbase, and advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and business operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial management.
