Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee a growingdistribution and service company with precision and leadership.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, manage the accountingteam, prepare financial statements, conduct accountreconciliations, monitor accounts payable/receivable, input inbudgeting and forecasting, analyze financial data ensuringcompliance with accounting standards and providing financialreporting to senior management.

Responsibilities:

Overseedepartment operations, prioritizing and planning workload Superviseand mentor accounting staff, ensuring GAAP compliance Managefinancial processes: general ledger, reconciliations, A/P, A/R,inventory management, payroll, and budgeting Deliver financialinsights and reports to senior management Implement and maintaininternal controls to mitigate risk Optimize accounting systems andprocesses for efficiency Collaborate with other departments toprovide financial support Assist in staff hiring, evaluation, andgoal setting with management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree inaccounting (or higher) 3 years of supervisory experience Mastery ofGAAP and B2B accounting standards ERP and MS Office proficiency Apassion for mentoring and process innovation LI-JL2
