Work model:

On-Site What you will do: Assist in the Monthly Financial Close process Produce financial statement analysis to support management Leverage information systems and establish efficient processes Manage cash flows and bank reconciliations Implement best practices and productivity initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness Manage sales reporting Perform business unit financial reporting and analysis Work directly with the General Manager on process improvement Work on projects that integrate divisional reporting Communicate with accounts payable, billing, and inventory control to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the financial statements What you will need to be successful: Bachelor’s degree is required 5+ years of accounting experience Prior experience within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred CPA (can be non-active) is preferred
